I have a 6-inch single-wall stove pipe and a 22-gauge piece of galvanized sheet metal for making a stove jack in an uninsulated cabin. I’ve cut a 6-inch hole in the sheet using the hole saw, but the pipe doesn’t fit (just barely, even after sanding down the burs). How can I enlarge the hole while maintaining a clean-looking cut?
