A few years ago, I had a copper gas pipe installed professionally on the exterior of a house, and these metal brackets (if that's the correct term for them) were used to affix the pipe to the foundation.
I've recently noticed that they've all rusted. Is that expected? Was this done correctly? Should I be worried about the rust? If so, what should I do about it?
